Eagle Quest Properties exists to acquire, develop and hold cash flowing apartment buildings or mixed use properties in Southern Ontario, Canada.  We specialize in analyzing properties with upsides, enabling us to force appreciation, using conservative numbers and our own efforts.  We buy properties using economic fundamental research, extensive evaluations and a due diligence process.

We focus on emerging markets that have been identified and which present the highest potential value and return for our investment partners.
